Proof that Chara's hit on Pacioretty was intentional and premeditated

I just had a few facts that I think we're not taken into consideration when the decision was made to not suspend Chara for the incidents during Canadiens vs Bruins game on March 8th, 2011. I have reason to believe the incident was premeditated and here is why:

January 8th, 2011 Pacioretty scores an overtime winning goal and gives Chara a small shove. Chara over reacts and try to get at him, Gill intervenes.

Febuary 9th, 2011 Chara attacks Pacioretty during a small brawl. He gets on top of him and keeps hitting him while no one can pull him off. In the same game Chara tries to injure him with a slash to the calf.

March 8th, 2011 Chara almost kills Pacioretty.

I must add that before the game he was interviewed and said "Ive been playing very well against Boston and I know I have a target on my back"

Proof:

  1. this is very true, and you should consider sending this to gary bettman head of the nhl so they can rethink the choice they made earlier today

    Here is his e-mail address

I've already complained about the NHL ruling corruption and the threat to some athletes lives; incidents like these have to better be analysed

  2. Add this clip to your list as well. Chara two-handed Pacioretty's calf muscle in attempt to deliberately injure him.

  3. Your opinion doesn't equal "proof". Just thought you should know...

  4. Thats why I posted the clips. It's been recorded, you cannot undo history. The proof is there.

  5. I completely agree! Since Pacioretty was the first person in Chara's NHL history that he didn't get along with, he clearly intended to injure him. Chara certainly didn't have any opportunities to plan attacks such as this in the span of his career. And of course a light push after a goal would drive a man like Chara to snap like that. Good thing no one pushed him in the past!

Additionally, I believe Nascar drivers should be able to have other drivers prosecuted when they get into accidents. I heard that Tide was pulling out of its sponsorship, not after numerous accidents involving other drivers, but after just one accident involving their own.

  7. Chara has a history of holding grudges for long periods of time and he is known to man handle anyone that he doesn't like. It always worked out just fine for him...until now!

  9. let's see:Pacioretty runs eaton from behind, runs lundqvist, shoves Chara for no reason, slewfoots McQuaid, and knocks a Tampa player through the open gate at the Montreal bench. After all his cheap shots and antagonistic behaviour, Pacioretty would always answer the bell by turtling all over the ice. This was a guy who was cruisin' for a bruisin'. Until he comes back from his injuries, we won't know if pacioretty learned anything.
